Chris Clark Acquires Royal Restrooms Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque
There are moments in business that remind you why you started in the first place. Moments that are not simply transactions, but milestones that reinforce the strength, future, and value of a brand.
Today is one of those moments for all of us at Royal Restrooms.
It is with tremendous excitement and optimism that we officially announce Chris Clark as the new owner of Royal Restrooms operations in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque. This transition represents far more than the sale of a business. It represents growth, belief in the future, and a renewed commitment to elevating the guest experience throughout the Mountain West.
For me personally, as Co-Founder of Royal Restrooms, this is one of the most rewarding parts of building a national brand over the last two decades. Watching talented, motivated individuals step forward with vision, passion, and commitment to carry the brand into the future is exactly what Royal Restrooms was built for.
Chris and his family brings fresh energy, new ideas, operational enthusiasm, and a long-term vision that aligns perfectly with where we see the future of the company heading.
But just as important as what is changing is what is staying the same.
The Team Customers Already Know and Trust Remains in Place
One of the most important parts of this transition is continuity. Our current staff throughout Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque are remaining in place. Customers can continue expecting the same professionalism, service standards, responsiveness, and attention to detail that they have come to rely on from Royal Restrooms over the years.
In fact, most customers should notice little to no disruption during this transition. What they will notice over time is renewed investment, expanded opportunities, fresh ideas, upgraded systems, and additional growth throughout the region.
This is not about starting over. This is about building upon an already strong foundation.
A Special Recognition to Jessica Cartwright
Transitions like this do not happen successfully without incredible people behind the scenes, and I want to personally recognize Jessica Cartwright for the outstanding job she has done managing these offices.
Jessica has represented the Royal Restrooms brand with professionalism, pride, and dedication. Her commitment to customer service, operational excellence, event execution, and team leadership has helped establish these markets as respected operations within the Royal Restrooms network.
Whether serving weddings in the mountains of Colorado, large events in Utah, or productions and festivals throughout New Mexico, Jessica has consistently worked to ensure customers received the level of experience expected from the Royal Restrooms name.
We are incredibly thankful for her leadership, hard work, and continued commitment during this transition.

Recognizing Keven Huckabee and the Strength of the Royal Restrooms System
Another important part of this transition is recognizing the role that Keven Huckabee played in helping build and support these Mountain West territories over the years.
Keven was a part owner in the Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque markets and has been an important part of the Royal Restrooms network. While this transition marks a new chapter for those territories, Keven remains a strong and active part of the Royal Restrooms brand through his continued operations in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Tyler, Texas, and Shreveport, Louisiana.
That fact alone says a tremendous amount about the strength and maturity of the Royal Restrooms system.
This is not a brand dependent upon one single individual operator.
This is a business model, operational platform, and nationally recognized brand that has evolved beyond the original founders and past ownership groups. That is one of the greatest indicators of long-term brand value and sustainability.
For years, one of the questions surrounding service-based franchise businesses has been whether the business itself could successfully transition between ownership groups while maintaining consistency, customer confidence, operational standards, and continued growth.
Today, Royal Restrooms is proving that answer is yes.
With the implementation of our new CRM infrastructure, operational systems, branding standards, customer management tools, and centralized support capabilities, transitions like this can now occur far more smoothly and efficiently than ever before.
That matters not only for customers, but also for future franchise owners and existing operators.
It means an entrepreneur can step into a Royal Restrooms franchise with confidence knowing there is an established framework, operational support structure, and scalable system already in place.
It also means something equally important for the owners who helped build this brand over the years.
It gives them legacy value.
Far too often in small business ownership, operators spend years building something meaningful only to discover there is no clear exit strategy, no transferable systems, and no lasting equity beyond themselves personally running the business every day.
That is not what we want for Royal Restrooms owners.
We want operators to know that the years they invest into building their territories, teams, customer relationships, and reputations can create long-term value that extends beyond their day-to-day involvement.
That is one of the most exciting aspects of where Royal Restrooms stands today as a company.
The brand has matured.
The systems are stronger.
The operational support is deeper.
The technology is improving.
The opportunities are expanding.
And now we are beginning to see what happens when a franchise system truly starts creating transferable long-term business value for its operators.
That is a major milestone not just for Royal Restrooms, but for everyone who has helped build this company over the last 20 years.
Why This Matters for the Royal Restrooms Brand
When people think about business acquisitions, they often focus only on ownership changes.
But within franchising and national brand development, transitions like this mean much more. When done correctly, they create momentum. They strengthen the network. They add long-term value to the brand. They create confidence for future growth.
One of the greatest strengths of Royal Restrooms has always been the combination of a nationally recognized brand with passionate local ownership. That balance matters. Customers want the professionalism, experience, and credibility that comes with a trusted national company, while also receiving the attention and care that only strong local operators can provide.
Chris Clark’s acquisition reinforces exactly that model.
It demonstrates that Royal Restrooms is not simply surviving after more than 20 years in business. The brand continues to evolve, attract investment, expand leadership, and create opportunity for entrepreneurs who believe in the future of the industry.
That is an important statement in today’s marketplace.
The Mountain West Is a Growing Market
The Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque regions continue to experience tremendous growth across weddings, festivals, construction, film production, corporate events, sporting events, and emergency response services.
These are markets where expectations continue to rise.
Customers are no longer looking for basic portable sanitation solutions. They are looking for elevated guest experiences, dependable service providers, clean and professionally maintained equipment, ADA accessibility, climate-controlled environments, and companies they can trust to execute at a high level.
That is exactly where Royal Restrooms thrives.
With Chris Clark stepping into ownership, we believe these territories are positioned for continued expansion and innovation throughout the coming years.
More Than Restroom Trailers
What excites me most about the future is that Royal Restrooms continues to evolve far beyond simply renting restroom trailers. We are helping shape event experiences. We are supporting communities. We are assisting businesses during remodels and construction projects. We are supporting film productions, municipalities, weddings, disaster response efforts, and large-scale public events.
Across the country, Royal Restrooms continues investing in innovation, specialty trailer expansion, customer experience improvements, branding, technology integration, and operational systems designed to strengthen our franchise network and improve service nationwide.
The future of the company is incredibly bright.
Chris Clark’s acquisition of the Denver, Salt Lake City, and Albuquerque markets is an exciting step forward not only for those territories, but for the Royal Restrooms brand as a whole.
This transition reflects confidence in the future. Confidence in the people. Confidence in the systems. Confidence in the opportunities ahead.
Most importantly, it reflects belief in what Royal Restrooms has spent more than two decades building.
To Chris, welcome officially to this next chapter within the Royal Restrooms family. We are excited about the future, proud to stand beside you, and looking forward to watching these markets continue to grow and thrive under your leadership.
The best chapters for Royal Restrooms are still ahead. Please reach out and welcome Chris Clark to the Royal Family in New Mexico, Utah or Colorado.
